Give your garden lighting a contemporary twist with our chic set of 4 Lavenham Solar Garden Stake Lights. Each of the four slender metal poles supports an enclosed light which comes with a vintage-style filament bulb to give a beautiful warm white glow. || Use the poles supplied to stand the lights at either 35.5cm or 52cm tall, depending on preference, and secure them in the ground with the stake provided on the end of the poles. There’s no need for wiring or mains power here since the lights are solar powered and fully automatic. Although they’ll come on by themselves and switch themselves off again at dawn, there is an on/off switch featured on each light, so that you can turn them out if need be. We’d use these to line the front path to the house for a stylish welcome home. Alternatively, pop a blanket on the lawn and position one light at each corner for a charming glow at summer evening picnics. These lights will even work well in the colder months if the solar panel is well positioned to catch some winter sunshine.

To illuminate, simply position the solar panel on top of each light in a bright spot outside and ensure they soak up at least six hours of strong sunlight to properly charge the batteries within. Switch to ‘on’ and watch your lights come to life in the evening. You can expect up to 10 hours of light from one full charge.
